Peter Jones

Peter is a talented legal researcher and analyst who has for more than 10 years conducted numerous legal and subject matter reviews in connection with transactional projects. His work includes entity formations, legal research, organizing, conducting and managing due diligence reviews, conducting and documenting trademark searches, and drafting memoranda and supporting documentation for a diverse array of legal matters.

Peter brings broad cultural knowledge to his work, having lived and worked in Seoul teaching English as a second language and traveling in Europe as a locally celebrated recording artist and songwriter.

Peter holds a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration from the University of Miami, and a Post Graduate Paralegal Certificate from Emory University.
