Kathleen Harris, Esq.
Kathy has practiced corporate law for over 40 years representing some of the world’s biggest corporations and smallest entrepreneurs. She is an untiring advocate for her clients and enjoys learning about their businesses and sharing her legal knowledge and business experience to advance her client’s success.
Transactions of all types are Kathy’s specialty. She has negotiated and closed deals as varied as mergers and acquisitions, secured loan financings, maritime ship charters, IP licensing agreements, business restructurings, commercial real estate transactions, equipment acquisitions and financings, private placements of securities, supply chain and transportation agreements and many others. Kathy has lived and worked in Asia and Europe, and has both a respect for and understanding of doing business across borders.
Kathy is a Six Sigma Black Belt earned during her years at General Electric, and is a graduate of the University of Pennsylvania with a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science. Kathy received her JD from Cornell Law School and is admitted to practice in Georgia.
